The South African Rugby Board has declined invitations to make tours of Now Zealand and New South Wales in 1910. The Board has resolved, to ask tho English' Rugby Union to reconsider its decision not to send a team to South Africa nest season. The Board suggests: that the English Union should sond a team of past'and present University players. , ■■■'.'
