ARREST..: >V v Ever 'since June last reports of 6mall burglaries ,'in.the. vicinity'of .Willis ; Street have been coming in'to the police and a most careful watch has been ( kept in the hope of catching the burglar in t/he act. He was believed tobe working.alone, his professional instrumentsconsistiug of a; bunch of skeleton keys'/; .'On Saturday night, while Detectives Haminimd aad Cameron were patrolling Willis Street,.'a man was seen to'walk Twldly up to a shop door; unlock it, : and disappear Within. The detectives;came,up.and waited for a : while. Finally .the door opened again the ; man. appeared, and >■ was ■'.. cordially welcomed by the waiting detectives, who extracted from him a bunch of skeleton keys and. a bag of coppers.
