COLD AND SNOW. (By Telegraph.-Preaa ABsoclallon.-OoDjrlßhu Sydney, August 6. Heavy falls of snow in the western and south-western districts have blocked the delivery of mails.' The fall was four feot deep in somo districts, and tho drifts reached a depth of 60 feet : •'.,'.' -: ..".■■.>■'". Hobart, August 6. Tho weather is bitterly cold, and heavy snowfalls have occurred.
