On arriving on the c-cen© 01 the outbreak (in Fritz Street) the brigade found "that a six-roomed cottager occupied by Mr.'Charles Hanwell, and owned by Mre, Rcale, had- been- totally destroyed It ;. ap. poare tho conflagration Started at 3 o clock, and nouo of the neighbours knew anything about the matter till n couple of hours later, when one of them sent a message to-the brigade- Tho contents of tho house were sured in the Royal office for • £200, but it ia not at present, known .Whether tho building was insured. ..'•-. .. ,' . ■ • :' . .<.'■
