Nurse .Wall, who is in charge of tho ; district; nursing,' in. ; tho absence of Nurse Maude, lias,.told.a reporter that there wero,' a great many victims of consumption living ' with, their., relations, often in the most unfavourable circumstances, that .made their . own,chances qf.recovery very slight rand;presented a menace to tho health of, the neighbourhood.'
