Arrangements for tho boxing tourney to be held at the Town Hall on Thnrsday ovoninp; under tho auspices of the Wellington Boxing Association, mo practically completed, and u good qvoning's spoit is promised. The priuoipal attraction will bo the meeting of A, Leokio and J. Clork in a 15-round bout for the middle-weight; professional championship. Clark has an English reputation to maintain, and Lcckio is well known for his skill in tho amatour ring. Throo of tho best amateur bouts that coUld possibly bo secured bavo alho been arranged for, In the bantam class, Iggelden, who won the apeoial prize for the most eoientifio boxing at the provincial championships, will moot Kutner, who also competud at the provincial championships. In the feather-weight division, L. Poitor and B, Cairns, Wellington's representatives of tho Now Zealand championship meeting, and tho ttinnor and ranner-up nt the provincial championships, will try conclusions. O. Tancrod and O, J. Party will meet in the weltorweights. Dr. A. Napier M'Lean will rofeice. For the epqcinl convenience of Hutt and Pe. tono resident*, the late train from tho Lambton Station will be delayed until 11 p.m.
