(3) Sample of milk to bo drawn in manner as prescribed by Bulletin No. 6, dairy division of the, Government' Dopartmeht of Agriculture,, and sealed in the ./presence of owner; The tests to be composite. The sample of milk to be taken after the milk,has been poured three ■times from bucket to bucket. Strength of acid to'be used for the seven days' .test to bo supplied. (4) Testing'of; milk samples to be "done at a -butter or cheese factory in accordance with the Government Bulletin Bubcock system and certified to by tho factory manager. _ (5) A fee'not exceeding 2s. 6d.! will be paid for testing each milk sam-. pie. (6) The local committie Bubmit arrangements'to the council to " supervise milking and for testing; milk for approval of the council. (7), All applicants must be members of tho New Zealand Jersey Cattle Breeders' Association, and tho'test is only for cattle' registered in tho, Jersey Cattle Herd Book.
