KELBURNE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.
A amgresational meeting vas hdd in the KeSrarne Presbyterian Church on Thursday evening, for tbe purpose of considering tho question of the appointment of a minister. The' moderator (Eov. Dr. G&b) presided. It was Tmaaimoosly decided to invite the Rev. D. D. Soott, of Onehunga, to booorne; minister of this charge, tbe call being signed .by every member present At the conclusion of the business, a pleaaant function, was performed when tho presentation to Mr. and Mrs. Jt. P. Campbell, of KeQjurae, of a number of books and a piece of pkte respectively was made. "He Be*. W. J. Comrie session dork, in a happy speech, spoke of the many kindnesses the congregation had received at the hands of Mr. and Mrs. CampbeQ, from the time the services were •commenced in their residence at 'Kdbnrne in 1905 till now, on the eve of their departure for Auckland, when they presented as a parting gift.ajhandsome organ for, use hi the church.. Mr. < Comrio voiced the feelings of all present in expressing regret at the , departure of Mr. and Mrs. Campbell, and m wishing them every happiness in their new home:
