MILKING EXTRAORDINARY
One of tho great features of tho National Dairy Show this year will ho the.demonstration of milking machines. It is wonderful how tho machine has been improved upon siuco it was first introduced for practical
purposes, but, greater improvements are forthcoming, anil,' ariiongst tho,seven makes 'of milking machines to-bo shown-at tho clairy show, there is a patent improvement which can be attached to any milking machine, and which will deliver milk from the cows to tile factory can. And moro than that. Last week fifty-nine cows wero milked in fifty-four minutes by ono man, using four;,machines, each fitted with tho patent, an assistant being employed to do the stripping. Tho great value of,'tho exhibition of dairy machinery at tho show, is tho concentration of everything of real value to tho farnior,' a fact already realised by them, benco the largo number of visitors every year.,
