Studholme movod: "That tlio Motor Car Regulations Act, 19CJ8, should bo so amended as to permit any County Council to levy on all motors: registered : by it an annual tax, of not more than £1, on any motor having not less than four wheels, and of not more than' 10s. in tho enso of n motor having less than, four wheels, tho pt* ceeds of such tax to be expended in tho improvement of the roads within'such county. lAlso that this matter be brought up and supported by the councils representative at the approaching county councils conference" Tho motion was carried unanimously.
