This generous gift is particularly .welcome.- Blankets aro badly ncoded by several families, which havo been brcueht under our notico, A little girl, Connie Veale, aged 11 years, writes as follows"Dear Mr. Editor,—l enclose you five shillings, a little contribution to tho'fund for thoso poor _ people _at Tailiape, who havo tlio sick little child that .Mr. Jennings spok'e of. I wish I was able "to send more.". A further donation for tliis farailv from Mr. Young is also acknowledged.
