Messrs. Dalgetjr and • Company, Limited, report having received the following cable messages from their London house, under date of Kay 13:—Frozen Meat.—There is a good demand for beef, lamb is in fair demand, but the demand for mutton is very poor, heavy descriptions being difficult to self at any price, and for such descriptions a further declino is possible. Quotations are as follow:—N.Z. prime ox beef .fores, 22d.; do. hinds, 3jd. ; N.Z. prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury, heavy, 41d.; do.; light, 4^d.; do., North Island, heavy, 4d.; do., • light, 4Jd.; N.Z. prime crossbred , mutton, Canterbury, heavy, 2}d.;'do., light, 3JcI.; do., North Island, heavy, 1 2d.; do., light, 2Jd. Wheat.—Market rather tiuieter. Tallow.—Since our last wire prices in general aro 3d. to Gd; higher.
