' Mr. George Nelson's scheme for a proposed harbour at Port Ahuriri was considered at a meeting of the Napier Harbour Board to-day, .and .was submitted, with the wholo question of the breakwater harbour, to Messrs. J. Blair, Mason (Dunedin), - Cyrus Wilson (Lyttelton), and J; P. 1 Maxwell (Wellington) to report upon. In conversation with your correspondent this evening, Mr. George 'Nelson expressed himself as satisfied,with the course'that, had been adopted, but said that he would have preferred that Mr. W. Ferguson, the late engineer of the Wellington Harbour Board, had been included in the council of expert, engineers. • -
