A BUILDING COLLAPSES.

During a heavy squall a large two-storied frame building in course of construction for the Oriental Timber Company at Gee-long 30llapscd. " Fourteen of the thirty men employed on the building, the majority of whom were ivorldng on the roof, were injured. Two of the men, named Gleeson and Nicholson, died From their injuries, (t'en others were taken i to tho hospital. Three of the cases are ierious. Just prior to the collapse the foreman derided that it was too dangerous to continuo irork, owing to tho high wind, and ordered tho men to cease. They wore engaged in making everything secure when' tho crash :amo. A number of men on tho ground floor had i miraculous escape. Tho toppling structure ivas blown right over them, without any of them being injured. Much difficulty was experienced in rescuing tho injured, who wero jammed among tho debris.
