' Oamaru Rinks Match. —Final: Sinclair (Duncdin) beat llnle (l'hcenix). Mcadowbank Rinks Match'. —M'Donald (Green Island) beat Hay (Otago) for third prize. Association Pairs.—Semi-final: J. Scott (Caledonian) beat Grant (Waimate); M'Gregor (Caversham) beat AYaddell (Phoonix). Invarcargill, April 13. Tlio Southland bowling tournament concluded on a heavy green this morning. Tlio singles championship provided exciting games, both the semi-final > and final being ties. Carswell (Taieri) won in the play-off in tlio semi-final by a point, and also won tlio final in the play-off by three points. lloslyn (Seott, Nicolson, Smith, and Hanna) defeated Southland (M'Natty, Stead, 6albraith, and Hawkins) in the rink final by 20 to 5, Southland pulling out at the fourteenth head.
Cameron and Clark (St. Kilda)' secured second placo in the citizens' doubles from Sobo and AVhittakor (Southland) by 11 to 8.
