(Specially Written for The Dominion.) ' WEDNESDAY. Shoulder of Mutton. Onion Sauce. Baked Potatoes. , Boiled Carrot Pudding. BOILED CARROT PUDDING. 41b. breadcrumbs, 4oz. suot, Jib. stoned raisins, jib. carrot,., Jib. currants, 3oz. sugar, 3 eggs, milk, \ nutmeg. , Boil the carrots until tender enough to mash to a pulp, add the remaining ingredients, and moisten with sufficient milk to make the pudding of the consistency of thick batter. Put the mixture into a buttered basin, tie it down with a cloth, and boil for 21 hours. Serve with sweet melted butter. -~-•'.- FOR TO-MOREOW. 'One .loin of mutton, spinach, ground rice, cheese. . ■
