TRADES UNIONS AND THE SECULAR ISSUE, (ni TKLF.ciurn—niESS association—lwthight.) London, March 15. A conference at Glasgow, ' representing 30,000 Roman Catholic trades unionists, protested against tho Scottish Trades Union Congress resolving in favour of secular education. The conference considered the resolution outside tho scope- of trades unionism.
