A further subdivision of the Crofton Downs Estate, comprising seventy lots, will bo submitted to auction on Wednesday evening, March-17, at tho Exchange Land Mart of T. Kennedy Macdonald, Limited. A lengthy detailed advertisement appears in our auction column, from which it will bo seen that the sections rnugo in area from about a quarter aero to three-quarters of an acre. The sections comprise level and easy undulating land, and are situate immediately opposite tho Ngaio (late Crofton) Railway Station.
