STRONG SHOCKS IN ITALY, RUSSIA, AND BULGARIA. (OT TELEGIUrn—PRESS ASSOCIATION— COr-YRIGIIT.) (Rec. March 13, 0.33 a.m.) London, March 12. Strong earthquake shocks have been felt at Reggio (Calabria), in Sofia and other parts of Bulgaria, and in Novorossiysk, in South Russia, on tho north-east coast of the Black Sea. • fßeggio, along with the rest of Calabria, as well as Messina and Eastern Sicily, were smitten and almost destroyed by tho recent earthquake. Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, suffered trom two severe earthquake shocks in 1818.] .
