Sackville-Wost, under tho Legitimacy Declaration Act, seeking to establish his claim to bo tho eldest legitimate son of the late Lord Sackvillo and of Josefa Duran do Ortega, tho Public Prosecutor has withdrawn tho indictment against Sanchez (clerk in tho Church of San Milan, Madrid) and Rophou, who wero chargcd with falsify, ing tho marriage record of Papita Duran with one Gabriel Oliva, alleged to havo taken place in 1851. This decision of the Public Prosecutor implies tho correctness of tho marriage entry, and also supports Ernest Sackville-Wcst's claim to legitimacy.
