Router's agont at Belgrade reports that Great Britain, Franco, Germany, and Italy supported Russia in urging Servia to abandon her claims to territory and her domand for autonomy for Bosnia. The Servian Cabinet to-day refused to do as tho Pow ors asked. . London, Later. It is officially announced that tho reported refusal of the Servian Cabinet is incorrect. Latest information is of a more pacific nature. / - , ■ Stocks, which fell as a result of the publication of tho previous statement, havo again rallied.' ' A PACIFIC ATTITUDE. (Rec. Tho Russian Foreign Oflico has received informal intimation' that Servia will abstain from provocation, and has resolved to refer tho case to tho arbitrament of the Powers. - Tho "Novoo Vromya'" opposes Austria's claim that Servia, must abandon her claims beforo the proposed Conference of tho Powers meets.
