RUSSIAN REVOLUTIONARIES. (ni TEUJcitira—niEss association—copiiiionT.) St. Petersburg, February 22. Five officers of the Warsaw (Poland) garrison were sentenced to penal servitude, varying from six to eight years, for belonging to the Pan-Russian Oißoers' Union—a revolutionary organisation. Four soldiers received similar sentences for belonging to another military revolutionary society, while twelve others were exiled to Siberia.

A BOMB. (Roc. February 24, 0.20 a.m.) . St. Petersburg, February 23. A powerful bomb has been discovered in the courtyard of the residence of M.. Homiahoff, President of the Duma.
