A man. named .Henry Llewellyn Grier l fell down in a "fit while walking along WoUesley Streot this: afternoon, and expired while being convoyed to the hospital. Deceased was of middle age \aiul is.believed to have been a school teacher out of employment.
SUFFERED FROM INSOMNIA. Eltham, February 15. . Alexander M'Lean, aged 44, a married man and a member of tho firm of M'Lean Bros., contractors for the new Eltham butter. fac--toryj has been.missing from here sinco Friday. His body was found this , morning on the .bank of tho Waiongara River, with , a pocket loiife in the hand and the jugular vein out'. Deceased had suffered from insomnia. The indications point to suicide. ■

' ■ Peter Sangwell, aged 22; a wharf labourer, went into a recess opening on to/the. river at 4.30 p.m. on Tuesday, last, and was not again seen alive.- His body was recovered from tho river this morning. Hβ apparently fell through the opening and struck his head on a beam, as there is a mark on the forehead. ;;■ At the inquest tq-uighfa vordict that .the deceased, Peter Sangwell, met bis death by drowning in- tho Biiller. River. There was nothing to show how he came to fall into the river. 'Deceased,.who worked as a coaltrimmer at the wharves, was. 22 years of age. ;■' "' '■, -.-■■• THE EXPLOSION AT PENCARROW.
