REPLY TO PRIME MINISTER'S CABLE. The Prime Minister on Thursday sent a protest to the High Commissioner in connection -with the British Government's prohibition of importation of frozen kidnejsand offal. Sir J. G. Ward (says a Press Association message from Napier) to-day received the following cablegram from the High Commissioner .—"Your cable of January 28 ro frozen kidneys and offal received. Very strong representations havo already been made to the Local Government Board, and full consideration will be given and a definite decision "promised on February 8. Will do my best for shipments in transit." 'i
