Mr. Harry Floyd has arrived in Wellington to complete arrangements for t'ie sculling display by Arnst, the' world's champion, and Jfogwell, Australasia's rising champion, next Saturday afternoon., This -ivill* be the only opportunity of seeing Arnst vov prior to his departure for England, where ho will * meet Barry on the Thames The ferry steamers will run special excursions in connection with the display, which will bo over a com so of two miles The champion will givp Pogwell a liberal 6tart, thus enabling the public to judge his style of rowing and 6peed.
