The Sessions Judge at ■ Aligarh,; in. the North-West Provinces, sentenced Hotilwarma to seven years' transportation for sending a seditious telegram to the native newspaper '"Bahdo Mataram." Accused, who had travelled widely in Europo and the Far East, had in .his possession complete manuscript of lectures, and a preparation for filling highly explosive, bombs. ■ .
