Mr. G. H. Scales, who is now in Englund, cabled to his Wellington ofEco on Saturday, stating that 67 bales of greasy crossbred wool, shipped by Mr.' J. D'Ath, of Otaki, had boon sola at lOjd. This wool was part of tho freight of the Loch Garvo, sailing ( ,vqssol, chartered by Mr. Scales. Tho price_ ia very high'for this season; Last season ..the' wool from the same flock averages about, ll^d.
