To this letter the editor of the "Farmer .arid Stock-Breeder" replied as follows"We havo not heard that the Dorset Horn is proof against deg-worrying, but-horned sheep aro at an-advantage in this respect. The Dorset Horn is famed for: producing the earliest lamb in -Eigland, and the ewes aro such good mothers tlat they are capable of carying two crop of lambs in one year."
