A' sensatbnal incident is l reported from Berkeley, a suburb of San Francisco. ' An airship built according to the' plans' of' Mr. Morrell, an inventor, 450 feet and'propelled by five' 40-horse-power-. engines; fell while making a trial trip, precipitating'its occupants a distance of. 300 feet.
