Objections woro. lodged by tho Now 'Zealand Canning Company, 'E. 'W. Alison, M.P., S. J. Moody, and E.'E.. Prieo. The Crown Lands Oflico notified that tho sections woro partly owned by -private persons. Mr. Dyer rcGorved his decision, No lurthor details arc to hand as to tho recently reported gold find.
