Tho , bridal bouquets were supplied by Miss Murray, Willis,Streets On Saturday afternoon a bazaar in aid of St. Mary's Home, Karori, was held in Mrs. Bnstowis garden, at Karori. -This .was got up by: a number of school children, among whom were tho Misses Eila Bristow, Rita Moss, |Kathleen Clayton, Katie Mackenzie, Ida Siinpson, and Rene M'Lennan. Thero were stalls for fancy goods, flowers, and sweets.:; Afternoon tea was served on the verandah, and during the afternoon a band, played ;,in the garden. There were, many visitors, many having come all the way from town. ■ Among them were Mesdames Moss, M'Ewan, Holmwood, and Didsbury, andMisses Coates, Duncan, and Putnam. Several elder girls helped with the- tea^i ; and us. k' result -of the . afternoon's work a profit of £3? was made for the funds of St;. Mary's Homo.
