Previous advices show that Mr. Redmond arid Mr. O'Brien agreed to re-imito their forces on the basis that, "while they' will ceaselessly strive for Itoine Rulo, they will endeavour to securo practical amelioration from the English parties."Then Mr. O'Brien requested that this agreement be submitted to tho Irish National Convention. Sir. ltedmond was. unablo to agree to this course, on tho grouud that the right to convene; the Convention rests with the directory.
