In Prussia 200,000,000 marks have been dovotcd from tho national funds to tho purpose of settling German landholders in Polish provinces. In Russia, Poles are forbidden to buy land in the whole eastern part of their ancient stato, and hugo ostites in Poland aro given to Muscovite genorals and officials."—" Morning Leader."
