It has been raining in this manner almost continuously last night and to-day, with most beneficial results. ■■•■'■ Dunedln, Decombor 25. Tho holiday to-day was marred to a largo oxtont by unseasonable weather. A vory strong wind prevailed in tho morning, and shortly after midday rain fell, with showers at frequent intervals during the afternoon. Auckland, December 25. ■ Rain has fallen iiicossantly here all day, completely spoiling the Christmas celobrations. "''.■■. .
