i!-S l?' ono Horough Engineer has just completed the Bottling tank iii connection with the Tetone Waterworks, and it is worthy of notice that the work lias been completed For the sum of <£2700, or £300 less than tho original estimate. The Mayor and Councillors NicholLoddcr, Harding, Castle,' and Colquhoun, the Engineer, and tho Town Clerk, paid a visit to tho works yesterday. The storage capacity has been increased from 250,000 gallons to 275,000. Tho tank is '150 ft. abovo the Ilutt Hoad.
