Palmes.Wilton had a; lead of a length from Russell, at the s(lyds... turn, .but through making a bad turn- ho,allowed .Russell to draw level with him about 40viiis. from the finish, and then, after a great .Struggle between the two, Russell won by the smallest of margins. 13.
