AN EDITOR SENT TO GAOL,

Bombay, November 21. The editor of a Bombay Marathi newspaper,. Vihai, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, besides being fined, on a charge of sedition.
Marathi, or Mahratti, is the distinctive Hindu dialect of the Mahrattas, inhabiting western and central India.
