A RECIPROCAL TREATY.
BRITAIN AND AMERICA,
BT TELEGBAPH-PBESS ASSOCIATION-COrTEIGHT. (Rec. Nov. 23, 0.55; a.m.) St. John's, November 22. Sir, Edward Grey, British Minister for Foreign Affairs, and the American Ambassador, have signed a reciprocal agreement. Britain admits commercial travellers' samples duty free in return' for a reduction of one-fourth in tho American duty on British art works.
