In connection with tho proposed dairy . school, tho special Act making an offer of a 50-aero reserve by tho l'almerston Bprongh Council as a site lapsed by ollluxion of time on October 20. At tho request of tho Chamber of Commerco, tho Council io-night decided to roiiew tho offer for two years without conditions, thus enabling tho Minister to uso it as an endowment if ho decides in placing tho school in Palmcrston. Tho A. and P. Association also olfor a sito.
