FACTORY TO BE ESTABLISHED IN , NEW ZEALAND. [by TEI.ECHArir.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.} Dsinotiln, November 4. In consequence of tho duty of 2(1. per psuml imposed on packc.t teas by the new tariff, Sir Thomas Lipton's firm is going to establish a big factory in Now Zealand. An agent is in Australia, at present, but will visit the Dominion shortly to select a site, which in all probability will bo Wellington.
