An interesting record, is furnished 1 by Mr; •Arthur Dermcr, of Moturata. four nrilos from Fcildhig, regarding his vell-kiisirti herd of Jerseys. Mr. Derm-or (says our correspondent) hns been milking Jorseys for some thirty years. , For the twelve months ending July last the proceeds of milk from ttroirtyse,ven con's, including six first calf heifers, readied £-107 os. 5d., or an average, of £15 . Is. Bd. per . con*. It was peculiar that whilst the quantity of milk foil (luring the recont stormy weather, the yield of butter fat kept up.
