The danger of speeches of tho typo attributed to Mr. Keir Hardie is .very real to the people of Natal, because they havo had a serious Zulu war, ami'have lately been confronted, with indications of another one.; also because Mr. Hardio in his speeches at Home championed the cause of tho Zulus, and spoke in tho strongest possible manner on the opera-tions-of Natal.
