A QUERY.
To the Editor of the Cromwell Argus, Sir,—(Jan you inform me and others if Councillor Whetter. has not ceased to hold a qualification to represent Bridge Ward in the Municipal Council, and if, by clause 33, he is not liable to a penalty of fifty pounds for acting as such ? —I am, &c., Enquires. Bridge Ward.
