Tuesday, November 25. (Before J. B. Lake, Es%, J. P.) F. Bates wna charged with drunkenness, anl lined ten shillings. Fetday, November 28, 1873. (Before W. Lawrence Simpson, Esq., R.M.) Lvdia vou Ciker charged J. Brown with using violent and abusive language to her. Mr Wilson appeared for the defendant, and argued that the information disclosed no offence whatever. Case dismissed. CIVIL CASES. R. Scott v. Stoy.— Claim, £l2. Judgment by default : failing payment, distress and imprisonment. Same v. Buseh.—Claim, £ls 10s. Settled out of Court. C. O'Donnoll v. Patrick Kenna.—CUim, £l2 9s. fid. Judgment by default: failing payment, distress and imprisonment. J. Scott ?). Philippi.—Claim, £ls, for damage wilfully done to plaintiff's property. The plaintiff being seriously indisposed, the case was adjourned for one week. Monday, December 1. (Before J. B. Lake, Esq., J.P.) James Wilson, charged with being drunk, for« feited his bail of twenty shillings.
