James Eramerson, charged with the same offence, forfeited bis bail of 20s. William Munroo, charged with the same offence, was fined ss. , Friday, November 21, 1873. . (Before W. Costs of Court, and 255. for two witnesses, were also granted, Failing payment, distress warrant to issue ; and failing that, two months imprisonment in Dunedin gaol. Owen Pierce v. A. Ritchie.—Claim £8 19s. 8(1. Settled out of Court. John Parks was charged with assaulting J. T. H. Brown on the 13th. The matter, however, was arranged between the parties before coming •to Court.
