Tupker, one acre ftfc jA'lams's gully : granted.—Ah Hing and three others, three acres at Bannockburn : granted. • Water Races.- George Hay ward, two sluice, ieads from creek east of Roaring Meg : granted. —Thomas Hazlett, one sluice-head for domestic purposes from Pipeclay gully. Objection was Judged by F. Skinner and three others. Application declined, Warden not having power under the Gold-fields Regulations to grant for such a purpose. Tunnel. —A. Short and another, tunnelling claim in Adams's gully. Hearing was adjourned lor fourteen days, ground being disputed. \ Residence Areas.— G. Hay ward, one acre at Goatnwu's flat, above Kavvarau Gorge: granted. -Stephen Boadacio, one acre at Slaughter-yard flat: granted.—Nicholas Yanovitch, one acre: .granted.—Andrew Anderson, one acre adjoining iMr Hedlund's residence: granted. The Quartz Reef Point residence area applications were again adjourned. Gold Mining Lease.—J. Mitchinson's (Reliance company) application to lease ten acres adjoining Cromwell company's quartz mining claim, Eendigo, waß granted.
