I Thursday, September 25, 1873. ftirfure W. Lawrence Simpson, Jssq., R.M.J C. Colclough v. E. Murrell.—A claim of £ls, amount of dishonoured acceptance. Mr Colclough applied for a re-hearing of this case, on the ground that he was now able to produce evidence of due presentation of acceptance, and lurcher evidence of notification of dishonour. The application was granted ; re-hearing to take place 10th October. Th.>m *s Heron's application for a temporary license for booth at race-course wnS granted.
