Extended Claims.— Samuel Halcrow’s appliestion for two acres in Bailey’s gully was granted. --Wat Tine and throe others were granted four acres at Nevis. Tail Race. —Wat Tine and three oihers were granted a tail race from their extended claim. Water Races. —lsaac Escott and five others Wore granted one sluice-head from Hatter’s gnllv, and one sluice-head from two miles below the Parkburn. Dam.— John Werner and another’s application for a dam at Reef gully was granted. Residence, Areas.— Jesse J. Barker’s application for residence area on Cromwell-Dunstan road, near Cromwell, was granted.—The Quarts Reef Point applications were again postponed. Cancellation. —On the application of James Robertson and others, certificate No. 2890, dated 13/2/73, was cancelled.
