CROMWELL KILWINNING LODGE.

(UJM.UUNICA.TED.) The installation of O fibers of tliis Lodge for bhe ensuing twelve months took place at the Lodge R»om, Kawarau Hotel, on Tluir diy iveuiug, *ih January. A. large number of iienibers were present ; and also several visiting brethren, viz.,—Bro. Vincent Fyke, R.W.P.G.M. : Bro. Christophers, R.WM J. Hazleiit, D.M., W. Grinilley, '.S.D., and A.. D. Wilson, of the Dunstan Lodge. The jeremony of Installation was admirably cor.lueted by Bro. Vincent. Pyke, R.W. P.G.M., insisted by the retiirng R.W.M., Bro. Preshaw, and Bro. Christophers. Bro. MaoKellar presided at the harino.iium. The following are the new// instilled officers :—Bro. M. Fraer, R.W.M, ; !l. Rjid, D.M. ; W. Edwards, S.M. ; W. Bell, S.D. ; J. S. Burres, J.W. ; H. Behrens, S.D. ; J. Escott, J.D. ; J. Taylor, J.S. ; Stewards, J. Stuart, 0. Hansen ; G. Stephenson, Secretary ; G. W. Goodger, Treasurer. After the installation, the R.W.M., Bro. Fraer, on behalf of the numbers, presented Bro. Preshaw with a very handsome gold Past Mister's Jewel. B-o. Preshaw responded appropriately, and expressed his thanks for the kindness and esteem shown him in the presentation. Votes oi thanks were racynled to Bro. Pyke, R.W.P.G.M., and tli3 members of the Dansian Lodg; for attendance. After the Lodge was closed, the Brethren adjourned to a sumotuons banquet at which a very pleasant evening was spent, the members expressing high euoomiurus at the banquet Bro. Sniitham iuid prepared for them.
