An interesting fact has turned \ip in connection with the affaira of the late Mr Scott, who has so generally been set down as the murderer of Mr Baillio, in Fiji. The will of Mr Scott has been opened by the executor, a gentleman residing in Collingwood, and it appears (sny3 the Melbourne correspondent of the "Goclong Advertiser") that the deceased was possessed of a good deal of town property, the whole of which he has bequeathed to Miss Baillio, a daughter of Ids supposed victim.
